Just wanted to give a shout out to Mark Overton and the guys at Saxquest. I've bought 3 horns from Mark in the past year and sent one to him for an overhaul. Their tech work is outstanding and while buying a horn without being able to play it is frustrating, Mark has always taken the time to talk to me about the horn(s) in detail and tell me honestly if he thinks that this horn is right for me and the work I do.      I am writing to let you know just how much I am enjoying my Andreas Eastman ETS  652 RL 52nd Street tenor.  For me, it has the best qualities of my P. Mauriat PMXT 66R and my 67XXX Mark VI.  The instrument is very well constructed and has stayed adjusted quite well. I would deinately recommend this instrument to anyone looking for a new tenor.

     In the mid 1940's, my father gave me a new Buescher alto. Throughout the remainder of my high school years my renditions of the popular ballads, parades and big band music were unequalled. Our swing band was led by a veteran of the just ending WWII. Being a kid with these older musicians made me feel as big as the sounds from my Buescher. All listeners marveled at the "voice" of my alto.
     Entering engineering school I was "encouraged" to make the choice of being an engineer or a musician. I pawned my Buescher and became a hollow man.
     Finding SAXQUEST online has made me a new man. I was so pleased to find a "vintage" saxophone JUST LIKE ME! You have made an old man very happy. Engineering fed my family. Your Buescher Aristocrat Big B has given me new life.

I cannot tell you how much it meant to win this months contest! “ I have been meaning to write this review for a while. This past summer, my wife and I drove cross country from New Jersey to San Diego, CA. I had been on the SaxQuest website several times and when we planned to drive through St. Louis I had to stop by. While I thought I was just going to stop in, check out the store, maybe purchase a "courtesy" box of reeds I wound up buying a Mark VI bari and had it shipped home! When I returned from my trip, the bari was waiting for me, perfectly packaged and shipped. In my years of experience playing vintage and new Selmer saxophones I have never played a horn setup as well as this bari had been. Literally before playing a note I could tell just the feel of the keys and pads that the response was going to be perfect. It is now seven months later and this bari still plays like it had been just repaired/adjusted! I cannot recommend Saxquest highly enough! The vibe was great! The sax museum was fun. Great job!!! ”
